UWI Hindu Society Phagwa Celebrations

Last Week, the UWI Hindu Society hosted their annual Phagwa celebrations.

Phagwa or Holi is a popular ancient Hindu festival, originating from the Indian subcontinent. It marks the beginning of Spring and also symbolizes good’s triumph over evil in honour of the Hindu God Vishnu.
