Mindful Mondays and the Art of Human Blossoming are facilitated by the Sage Path in collaboration with the Counselling and Psychological Services (CAPS) on campus.
At the Mindful Monday sessions, students are guided through a simple and natural technique which helps to reduce stress, tension and anxiety, increase mindful alertness and awareness and experience profound inner peace and deep relaxation; while the Art of Human Blossoming (AoHB) is a simple course which teaches you how to bring balance and prosperity to all areas of your life, and gives you the tools to develop a sense of wholeness, purposefulness and meaningful living.
Mindful Mondays are on Mondays 5:00-6:00 p.m at LRC Computer Lab East and the AoHB are on Thursdays 2:00-3:00 p.m at TLC Tutorial Room 4, both of which are FREE of charge to all UWI students.
